Sports Equipment Inspections -
IPAC Accreditation
Safety inspections of sports equipment are essential to ensure the safety of athletes, whether competitive or recreational. Sports equipment is subject to extreme forces, impacts, and wear and tear, which can compromise its structural integrity and increase the risk of injury to users.
Inspections of Play and Recreation Areas
- IPAC Accreditation
Play and recreation areas must be inspected daily, monthly , and annually to ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable legislation, and to guarantee their effective and correct availability to users. Lemonsafe® conducts initial and periodic inspections of equipment and shock-absorbing flooring in play and recreation areas throughout the country.
Swimming Pool Safety Inspection
- IPAC Accreditation
Lemonsafe® is the first national inspection body accredited by IPAC to inspect swimming pools. A certified inspection ensures that the equipment in use meets the requirements of the reference standards, giving confidence to customers and users .

Inspection of Fixed Vertical Access Stairs

Annual inspection service for fixed vertical access ladders, accredited by IPAC, in accordance with ISO 14122-4 - Safety of machinery - Permanent means of access to machinery - Part 4: Fixed ladders and national legislation: Decree No. 41821/58, Ordinance No. 53/71, Ordinance No. 702/80, Decree-Law No. 111/2008, Non-binding guide to good practices for the application of Directive 2001/45/EC and Decree-Law No. 50/2005. Lemonsafe® is , in Portugal, the Inspection Body accredited by IPAC for the Certification of Fixed Vertical Access Ladders.
Lifeline Inspection
IPAC Accreditation
Annual inspection service for Lifelines, accredited by IPAC, in accordance with standard EN 795 - Protection against falls from a height - Anchor devices (Type A, B, C, D, E) - Requirements and testing; and national legislation: Decree-Law No. 50/2005. Lemonsafe® is , in Portugal, the Inspection Body accredited by IPAC for the Certification of Lifelines.
Inspection of Collective Protective Equipment
Safety inspection service in accordance with the reference standards for collective protection equipment: Fall protection nets EN1263; Guardrails in buildings NP4491 and ISO12543.
